How long does delivery take Stocked items typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Custom items require up to 6 weeks, though we always aim to deliver sooner whenever possible.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy We accept returns within 14 days for unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached.

How do I return an item Contact our customer service team to start a return. We’ll provide full instructions. Please note: return postage is paid by the buyer.

Can I exchange items Yes—exchanges for different sizes or colours are available, subject to stock. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

For custom items, can I cancel, change, or return my order?
Because all MEZZALA kits and Sportswear are custom‑made to order, cancellations and refunds aren’t possible unless the item is faulty. If there’s an issue, contact us immediately so we can assist. If you need to amend your order, reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before production begins.

How do I find my size Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

How should I care for my sportswear Wash cold with similar colours, avoid fabric softeners, and air dry for best results. Do not iron directly over printed areas.

How should I care for my grip socks Turn your socks inside out before washing. Wash on a low, gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry.
